These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vitality Weight Loss Center website, including the Vitality AI educational feature and the consultation request form (together, the "Website"). By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Educational purposes only — not medical advice

All content on the Website — pages, articles, videos, and Vitality AI responses — is general educational information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a recommendation for any medication, peptide, compound, or service, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed healthcare provider who has reviewed your individual health history. Use of the Website does not create a provider-patient relationship. A provider-patient relationship is established only through direct consultation with the clinic.

2. Not for emergencies

The Website is not monitored for urgent matters. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or alarming symptoms, call 911 or seek emergency care immediately. Do not use the consultation form or Vitality AI for urgent concerns.

3. Vitality AI

• Vitality AI provides general education about the clinic's services and commonly discussed topics. It does not diagnose, prescribe, dose, determine eligibility, or manage side effects.
• AI-generated responses may be incomplete or contain inaccuracies despite our safeguards. Do not rely on them for care decisions; verify anything that matters with the provider.
• You agree not to use Vitality AI to seek dosing, injection technique, sourcing instructions, or emergency guidance, and not to attempt to circumvent its safety boundaries.

4. Medication and compounding disclosures

Compounded medications, including compounded GLP‑1 medications, are not FDA-approved. Some peptides and compounds discussed in educational content are investigational or not FDA-approved for the uses commonly discussed online. Whether any medication, peptide, or service is appropriate for you is decided only through direct provider review. Service availability, formulations, and pricing may change without notice, and nothing on the Website is an offer to provide any particular treatment.

5. No guarantees of results

Individual results vary. Nothing on the Website promises or implies any particular health, weight-loss, or wellness outcome, and testimonials or reviews reflect individual experiences only.

6. Intellectual property

The Website and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos, and the Vitality name and branding — are owned by or licensed to Vitality Weight Loss Center and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, or create derivative works from the Website without prior written permission.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Website for any unlawful purpose or to submit false, misleading, or harmful information.

The Website may embed or link to third-party content and platforms (for example, YouTube videos or Facebook). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and Vitality is not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VITALITY WEIGHT LOSS CENTER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VITALITY WEIGHT LOSS CENTER, ITS OWNER, PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF VITALITY WEIGHT LOSS CENTER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vitality Weight Loss Center, its owner, providers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Website or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Weber County, Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes; severability; entire agreement

We may update these Terms from time to time; changes are effective when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Vitality regarding the Website.
